1. What can I do if the item I purchased is found faulty or I simply want a return? What is your return policy and exchange policy?

Please contact us immediately should you seek return or exchange of goods purchased from our store. You must fill a Return Form and email to us prior to sending any goods to us. Please see our Return Policy and Exchange Policy under Terms & Conditions of Sale for the detailed information.

2. How do I order?

Find the Products you want to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. Click shopping cart to complete your purchase. You will be asked to register to be able to add your shipping details and track your order. Continue to payment page. Once payment is made you will receive a receipt number which you must keep to track your order and return/exchange if needed.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by Paypal, bank transfer or cheque.

4. Is there a max amount that I can shop for?

No. There is no minimum or maximum spend. You can shop as much as you like.

5. I have ordered but my products have not arrived yet.

6. I have forgotten my password. How do I get a new one?

7. Do you ship internationally?

We deliver worldwide. Shipping is charged as per actual. If you want shipping charges for your order to be delivered to any part of the world, please contact us to discuss postage charges.
